About the classes
In weekly classes of Karmuka Yoga the instructor evaluates, guides, modifies and corrects yoga postures and breath patterns to optimize the stability of the 6 arches of the skeletal system. Correcting imbalances and harmful movement patterns, students avoid injury and ensure that they gain the most benefit of every yoga pose from every session. Each posture is adapted to the individual body to prevent injuries, increase flexibility, alleviate discomfort, and improve the functioning of the entire respiratory and digestive systems. The focus of each class alternates between the lower and upper body, allowing for a balanced workout of all physical areas. It is recommended that each student participates in at least two classes per week to maintain optimal balance in their practice and overall wellbeing.
