About the classes
In weekly classes at Karmuka Yoga, the instructor assesses and modifies postures to optimize the foundation of the six arches in the skeletal structure. Each posture is adapted to the individual body to prevent injuries, increase flexibility, eliminate discomfort, and improve the functioning of the entire respiratory and digestive systems. The focus of each class alternates between the lower and upper body, allowing for a balanced workout across all physical areas. It is recommended that each student participate in at least two classes per week to maintain optimal balance in their practice and well-being.
