Weekly Online Yoga Classes
In Karmuka Yoga’s online classes, the instructor guides and adapts the postures to optimize the foundation of the six arches in the skeletal structure, ensuring a safe and effective practice from home. Each posture is tailored to the individual body to prevent injuries, increase flexibility, relieve discomfort, and improve the functioning of the respiratory and digestive systems.
During the sessions, balls and common household items—such as walls, chairs, blankets, or cushions—are used as props to facilitate alignment and balance, making the practice accessible to all levels.
