Michelle put psychological theory into the practice of embodied cognition through the exploration of her own emotional and bodily challenges when she left university research to study Hatha Yoga in India. She has discovered and developed through her personal experience and that of her students, that the Karmuka Yoga methodology offers an extremely effective and practical way to relieve pain, focus the mind and reduce stress.
