Yamuna Body Rolling ONLINE workshop: Lateral Line

The lateral line of the body is an often forgotten but very important line to release and align. Lengthening though the lateral lines of the body helps to correct misalignment through the whole spine and especially beneficial for those suffering from scoliosis or uneven hip alignment.

Using the techniques of Yamuna Body Rolling Michelle Goodrick will guide students in using this technique and integrating it with specific Yogic practices to liberate the entire lateral line to release tension along the IT band, the hip, ribcage and into the neck.
